Abstract

º» ¿¬±¸´Â Á¦Á¶¾÷ ³²¼º ±Ù·ÎÀÚµéÀÇ Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º¿Í ÇǷοÍÀÇ °ü°è¿¡¼­ »çȸÀû ÁöÁöÀÇ ¸Å°³È¿°ú¸¦ °ËÅäÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ» ¸ñÀûÀ¸·Î ¼öÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. ´ë»ó: Á¶»ç´ë»óÀº Á¦Á¶¾÷ °øÀå¿¡ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â ³²¼º ±Ù·ÎÀÚ 352¸íÀ̾ú´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: ÀÚ·á ¼öÁýÀº 2020³â 4¿ù 1ÀϺÎÅÍ 5¿ù 31ÀϱîÁöÀÇ ±â°£ µ¿¾È¿¡ ±¸Á¶È­µÈ ÀÚ±â±âÀÔ½Ä ¼³¹®Áö¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ ¼³¹®Á¶»ç¿¡ ÀÇÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¼öÁýµÈ ÀÚ·á´Â SPSS 23.0 Åë°èÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© »ó°üºÐ¼®, À§°èÀûȸ±ÍºÐ¼® ¹× Sobel test·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ¿¬±¸°á°ú, Á¶»ç´ë»óÀÚÀÇ ÇÇ·ÎÁõ»óÀº ¾÷¹«¿ä±¸µµ¿Í À¯ÀÇÇÑ ¾çÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è¸¦ º¸ÀÎ ¹Ý¸é, ¾÷¹«ÀÇ ÀÚÀ²¼º, »óÀÚÀÇ ÁöÁö ¹× µ¿·áÀÇ ÁöÁö¿Í´Â À¯ÀÇÇÑ À½ÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è¸¦º¸¿´´Ù. Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º¿Í ÇǷοÍÀÇ °ü°è¿¡¼­ »çȸÀû ÁöÁöÀÇ ¸Å°³È¿°ú¸¦ °ËÁõÇÑ °á°ú, Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º°¡ ³ôÀ»¼ö·Ï »çȸÀû ÁöÁö´Â ³·¾ÆÁö´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç(F=63.93, p<0.01), ÇǷμöÁØÀº ³ô¾ÆÁö´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù(F=58.64, p<0.01). Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º¸¦ ÅëÁ¦ÇÑ »óÅ¿¡¼­ »çȸÀûÁöÁö°¡ ÇǷο¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâ ¶ÇÇÑ Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç(F=43.83, p<0.01), ÀÌ ¶§ Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½ºÀÇ ¥â°ªÀÌ 0.352·Î ¸Å°³º¯¼ö¸¦ °ÅÄ¡Áö¾Ê¾ÒÀ» ¶§ÀÇ ¥â°ªÀÎ 0.545º¸´Ù ÀÛ¾Æ »çȸÀûÁöÁö°¡ ¸Å°³È¿°ú¸¦ °¡Áö´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. Sobel test °á°ú¿¡¼­ »çȸÀû ÁöÁö´Â Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º¿Í ÇÇ·ÎÀÇ °ü°è¿¡¼­ ºÎºÐÀû ¸Å°³¿ªÇÒÀ» ÇÏ¿´´Ù(Z=-4.15, p<0.01).

°á·Ð: À§¿Í °°Àº °á°ú´Â Á÷Àå¿¡¼­ÀÇ »çȸÀû ÁöÁö´Â ±Ù·ÎÀÚÀÇ ÇÇ·Î¿Í °ü·Ã ÀÖ´Â Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º¸¦ ¿ÏÈ­½ÃÅ°´Â ¸Å°³È¿°ú°¡ ÀÖÀ» °¡´É¼ºÀ» ½Ã»çÇÑ´Ù.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between job stress and fatigue symptoms of male workers in the manufacturing industries.

Subjects: The study subjects were 352 male workers in the manufacturing industries.

Methods: The data collection was based on a survey using a structured self-administerd questionnaires during the period from April 1 to May 31, 2020.

Results: As a result, the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between job stress and fatigue was found that the higher the job stress, the lower the social support, and the higher the level of fatigue symptoms. The effect of social support on fatigue while controlling job stress was also statistically significant, and at this time, the ¥â value of job stress was 0.352, which was less than the ¥â value of 0.545 when the parameter was not passed, indicating that social support had a mediating effect. In the Sobel test results, social support played a partial mediating role in the relationship between job stress and fatigue symptoms.

Conclusions: The above results suggest that social support at work plants may have a mediating effect on alleviating job stress related to the fatigue symptoms of workers.
